The connection between Greece and Italy by ferry is very popular. For this reason, it is recommended that you book your ferry tickets in advance and especially if you are careful to book a cabin or vehicle.
The Special Offer of "Early booking" is announced with the new rates for the new year, at the end of each year.

Pets are accepted on all Adriatic line companies as their owners have their passport, their health records, and the necessary certificates. There are areas and cabins specially designed to accommodate pets, but these are limited and must be booked in advance. Each cabin can accommodate up to two pets. Inside the boat in common areas, animals are not accepted, on open decks they must be kept on a leash and with a muzzle. Please contact us if you want more details.
In all the boats of the Adriatic line there are cabins with 2, 3 or 4 bunk beds with a private bathroom. There are exterior cabins, with a window, and interior cabins without a window.
In all ANEK / SUPERFAST company boats, the Internet connection (WI-FI) is available throughout the trip. You can buy a WI-FI access card from the reception of the ship.
You can pay for your reservation with the following payment methods:

a. With your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. When the reservation is made, by our staff for you, you will be prompted to fill out your credit card on our site. Your card data is sent to the secure server directly to our bank, which will carry out the transaction.

b. You can also pay by bank transfer. If you choose this option, we will send you our bank account to which you must make your transfer and send us the proof of payment by email.

Once payment is made, you will receive confirmation of your ticket by email. With this confirmation and your passports, you can collect your boarding cards at the port at the counter of the shipping company you are traveling with.
Each ticket is personal and can only be changed in the event of a spelling error.
Please contact us by email or phone if you want to add a passenger, a roof box, a trailer etc. to your reservation.
For all changes to your reservation, a fee of 35.00 euros will be charged, plus any difference in price of your new ticket. Ticket changes and cancellations can only be requested by email (sophietravel.gr@gmail.com).
Passengers who wish to modify or cancel their tickets can send their request by email to sophietravel.gr@gmail.com.

Cancelation:
Each shipping company has its own cancelation policy and charges a cancelation fee. Once we have received your request by email, we will therefore apply the company fees plus a supplement of 35.00 euros.

Please note: on special offers (early booking - booked in advance, etc.) there is no refund.
All tickets can be modified on an open date, but the duration of their validity depends on the conditions of each company. Please contact us to receive the conditions for an open date (OPEN) ticket.

* The modification of your ticket on an open date (OPEN) can only be requested by e-mail (sophietravel.gr@gmail.com).
You must arrive two hours before departure at the central office of the company you are traveling with, with all the necessary documents (passports or identity cards, PLF, vaccination certificate or negative PCR test), to collect the travel cards, boarding and control.
In case of loss of your tickets / boarding passes, you must declare the loss of the tickets at the check-in office. In this case, you will receive a new copy of your tickets with your identity card or your passport. This may take more time than usual for the check-in, so you must be in advance at the port.
Sophie Travel has no responsibility for unforeseen changes or modifications made by each company (changes in schedules, delay or cancellation of departure, strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.). Most ferry operators notify passengers directly by SMS in the event of a change in departure.

However, once we are informed of a change, our agency will contact you, and together we will find the best possible solution.
You will collect the boarding cards from the counters of the company you are traveling with, which are found in the sea terminals of the port.
In all ships there are elevators, ramps and special systems installed on the escalators.

In addition, all companies have specially designed cabins to be accessible for passengers with reduced mobility. These cabins are limited, and you must reserve in advance.
