Adriatic Lines (Ancona - Venice - Bari)

• From the date of issue of the ticket and up to 22 days before the scheduled departure, full refund.
• From 21 to 8 days before the scheduled departure, 80% refund.
• From 7 to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before departure and up to 4 hours before departure, no refund. Tickets can only be converted to open date or another date.
• No modification can be made 4 hours before departure

Reservations that include special offers, such as "Early Booking" etc. cannot be cancelled but can be converted to an open ticket or for another date of the same year (until 31/12/2025), by paying the price difference compared to the price of the special offer.

In case the ticket does not have a special offer and has been modified into an open ticket, it can be changed for another date, and for a maximum of 365 days from the departure date by paying the price difference if there is.

* The charge of 35 euros for Sophie Τravel is independent of the cancellation fees of the companies.

Ancona - Igoumenitsa

Reservations that include special offers, cannot be cancelled or modified to open tickets. 

• From the date of issue of the ticket and up to 30 days before the scheduled departure: 90% refund (plus fixed fees 10%).

• From 29 days to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 70% return (plus fixed fees 10%).

• From 6 days to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund (plus fixed fees 10%).

• Less than 48 hours before scheduled departure: no refund, no modification.
  

* The charge of 35 euros for Sophie Τravel is independent of the cancellations of the companies.

* Requests to cancel a standard fare ticket will not be accepted if the date, time or line has already been changed twice.

Special or standard fare tickets can be modified, by paying the price difference if there is any. In case of a change of departure, a modification fee of €30.00 will also be applied by Grimaldi Lines.

Bari - Igoumenitsa

• From the date of issue of the ticket and up to 91 days before the scheduled departure, full refund. *
• From 90 to 8 days before the scheduled departure, 80% refund.
• From 7 to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before departure no refund. Tickets can only be converted to open date or another date.
• No modification can be made 6 hours before the departure

Reservations that include special offers, such as "Early Booking" etc. cannot be cancelled but can be converted to an open ticket or for another date up to 365 days of the departure date, by paying the price difference compared to the initial price.

Brindisi - Igoumenitsa

Reservations that include special offers, cannot be cancelled or modified to open tickets. 

• From the date of issue of the ticket and up to 30 days before the scheduled departure: 90% refund (plus fixed fees 10%).

• From 29 days to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 70% return (plus fixed fees 10%).

• From 6 days to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund (plus fixed fees 10%).

• Less than 48 hours before scheduled departure: no refund, no modification.
